Barbara Arnzen, PA-C

Barb Arnzen, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant in Medical Dermatology with Catalyst Medical Group in Lewiston, Idaho. The Dermatology department is located inside the Valley Medical Center clinic. Barb feels fortunate to contribute to the community's health betterment through preventive, innovative, and value-based care.

Barb completed her Bachelor of Science as Physician Assistant through the U.S. Army Physician Assistant Program accredited at the University of Oklahoma (OU) in Norman, Oklahoma.

Two years after graduation, she furthered her education at the University of Central Texas (TSHA) in Killeen, Texas, where she obtained her master of Science in 1988. As a PA-C, Barb is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

VMC’s dermatology providers perform skin cancer screenings and treatment, including biopsies and excisions when appropriate. Barb and the team also diagnose and treat skin conditions, including precancerous lesions, dermatitis, psoriasis, and acne/rosacea. 

The full-service, multi-specialty practice is owned and operated by local providers, fostering a sense of community between the providers, patients, and staff. Catalyst Medical Group is devoted to improving the locals' health and quality of life.
